All DVD's sold on this site, unless stated otherwise are Region 1 (USA, NTSC standard). Please ensure your DVD player is compatible with this format.

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Discover.

If you wish to email us orders please list the following information in the body of the mail:

Your name & address

Most titles should be available straight away but titles do go out of stock so please be patient and allow 7-10 working days for delivery, most cases this will be quicker but we ask that you do not start to chase orders until after 10 working days.

We shall send a notification of posting of your title(s), this is not meant as a guide as to when your movie has been sent rather than a note that it has been sent and to expect delivery soon.

Also a tip for receiving dispatch emails is to order one movie at a time, this assist us greatly in sending out these mails.

Please send emails to one email address ONLY, delays occur when sending emails to multiple email address.

Ordering:
First select your item from the front page or by browsing through our 'Search' facility or 'Genre' listing. To put an item into your shopping cart, simply press the "Add To Cart" button. This button can be found next to each title. Pressing 'Add to Cart' will take you to the shopping cart where you can review your orders. Here you can delete (press 'Empty Cart') or change the quantity of titles you require (change the number next to the title and press 'Recalculate').
At this point you can either continue shopping (press 'Continue Shopping') and add more items to your cart or you can press the 'Checkout' button to finalize your orders.
Please note unless stated otherwise all DVD Disc's sold on this site are R1 (USA/Canada).
In the checkout area you will be asked to select your location by pressing one of the 'radio' buttons' (i.e. I live in UK / Ireland so my shipping is free!) you will then be asked to select credit cart type from the drop-down menu.

Returns: Please note: We will only refund the mailing costs of first class/recorded postage returns, any returned items sent using other postage methods is at your own expense.
