Customer Service SPECIAL EDITION TITLES Special Edition titles are only available on a first come-first served basis. Because of the limited quantitied of these special editions, we (and for that matter any other retailer) can never ever offer a 100% guarantee of availability. HOW TO ORDER ONLINE First select your item from the front page or by browsing through our 'Search' facility or 'Genre' listing. To put an item into your shopping cart, simply press the "Add To Cart" button. This button can be found next to each title. Pressing 'Add to Cart' will take you to the shopping cart where you can review your orders. Here you can delete (press 'Empty Cart') or change the quantity of titles you require (change the number next to the title and press 'Recalculate'). At this point you can either continue shopping (press 'Continue Shopping') and add more items to your cart or you can press the 'Checkout' button to finalize your orders. Please note unless stated otherwise all DVD Disc's sold on this site are R1 (USA/Canada). In the checkout area you will be asked to select your location by pressing one of the 'radio' buttons' (i.e. I live in UK / Ireland so my shipping is free!) you will then be asked to select credit cart type from the drop-down menu. Once you are happy with everything select the "Submit This Order" button. We will send you an e-mail receipt confirming the receipt of your order. Please print this out and keep it in a safe place. REFUNDS All sales are final. We offer exchanges only - NO CASH REFUNDS OF ANY KIND, up to 30 days after purchase on defective products only. Please do not return any item to us without prior notification, we accept no responsibility for packages lost en route back to us. We will only refund the mailing costs of shipping items back to us via first class only Any confirmed defective items, which we are not able to replace for whatever reason, may be substituted with another title/titles of the customer's choice. The original cost of the defective items will be applied towards the cost of the replacement items. The difference between the two costs plus return shipping and handling, if any, will be charged to the customer. No returns will be accepted because of format (letterbox, RCE, pan & scan, NTSC etc) or titles being cut/uncut. With regards to'shakers' ie the disc has become loose, these will only be replaced if unopened and still factory sealed, we cannot accept the return of 'shakers' once opened. SECURITY Our number one priority is to provide you with the most secure online ordering environment possible. That is why we use THAWTE 128Bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information. At our discretion we may cancel any orders we deem risky. All names and address may be verified before we accept the transaction. It is our policy never to pass your personal details to anyone else. RETURNS You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return any titles that are defective or damaged (from either manufacture or shipping) and we will replace it with the same title. If the return is due to a shipping error we will exchange it for the right merchandise. Please contact customer service before sending any orders back. We cannot refund any DVDs if it has been opened (unless defective), is incompatible with your DVD player or TV system, is not deemed to be defective by the manufacturer, or simply because you do not like the content. Please ensure all details are correct before completing the checkout. Any items which are undelivered on route to you and need to be re-shipped shall incur additional postage costs billed to the customer. We regret that we are unable to refund any return shipping costs for mistakes that are not our fault. Please note: We will only refund the mailing costs of shipping items back to us via first class only, any returned items sent using other postage methods (recorded or guaranteed) is at your own expense. Please click on the link in this section and fill in this form when returning faulty discs. Returns will only be accepted with this form. Failure to fill in all the information on this form will result in the disc being returned to sender at senders expense. SHIPPING In stock titles usually ship within 24hrs from either our LA or Philly offices, out of stock titles are shipped as soon as they become available . We aim to deliver titles within 4-10 business days from dispatch, subject to title availability and regular mailing delays. We cannot guarantee the availability of titles at time of ordering, although we shall do our best to do so. When receiving goods from couriers please be sure to note any damage to outer packaging and reject the parcel/parcels if appropriate. MovieTyme cannot be held responsible for replacement of damaged products which have been signed for and accepted. All USA orders shipped via Priority or First class mail. All UK orders shipped via USPS/UK First class mail from either our LA - Huntington Beach, or Philadelphia offices, no stock is stored in anyother country. ADULT XXX INFO (UK ONLY) For our UK customers: following a judgement by the court of appeal which led the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) to publish new guidelines for its issue of R18 certificates. Customs will therefore no longer seize material depicting sexual activity between consenting adults which falls within the BBFC published guidelines. Sexual acts which are excluded from the BBFC criteria for R18 certification will continue to be considered obscene. This includes anal and vaginal fisting, urination, defecation, pseudo masochism and bondage. Customs will also maintain controls on material involving children or animals, and also material depicting rape, excessive violence or animal cruelty.
