Free Standard UK Shipping with an average delivery time of between 7-14 working days, but can be quicker.
Please contact us after 15 WORKING days if your order had yet to be delivered. We shall then have to follow postal
procedures and send out a none delivery declaration form for you to sign and kindly return to us in the enclosed SAE.
*Please note we are not allowed to email this form to you it has to be mailed due to legal requirements should any
signed declaration form prove to be fraudulent, this is not our policy but the postal service used.
For all our EU Customers (none UK):
EU Airmail (None UK residents, 75p per title) - the average delivery time for this method is 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.

All titles are shipped singularly for convenience.
In stock titles usually ship within 24hrs, this can be slightly longer during very busy times, out of stock titles are shipped as soon as they become available.
We cannot guarantee the availability of titles at time of ordering, although we shall do our best to do so.
When receiving goods from couriers please be sure to note any damage to outer packaging and reject the parcel/parcels if appropriate - Movietyme cannot be held responsible for replacement of damaged products which have been signed for and accepted.
IMPORTANT: When accepting packages you must ALWAYS write the words "contents not checked for damage" next to your signature, in the event of damage this will enable a claim to go forward. If you do not sign this way and a problem is later found then we are unable to assist with a claim.
