All defective disc return requests must be submitted to Movietyme using this form before submitting a return.
A defective disc is one that contains an original manufacturing defect causing audio or video playback problems.
Light scratches that do not affect playback are not considered to be a defect.
It is the issuing studio’s sole discretion to determine if a disc is defective due to manufacturing or if it is due to abuse, mis-handling, poor storage, etc.
The Defective Return Form must accompany the returned product and must be filled out completely: including side, chapter, frame time / number and a full description of the defect.

All discs received without this completed form will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Upon receipt of an authorized defective return, a replacement will be issued if required (subject to stock levels) or a credit to your account for a future purchase.
Please note that we will only cover return postal costs of items sent standard delivery, any other method used such as Signed For/Registered/Special Delivery is done so at the shippers own expense.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to obtain a proof of posting when sending items back top us, just in case of loss. If you do not and the item goes missing on route back to us, no party will be able to file a claim for the loss.
